two bad pots

First received broken appliance, then faulty one.
Support team slow and trying to convince me to take 50e because the item arrived damaged.

We understand how disappointing it must be to receive a broken appliance followed by a faulty one. Offering €50 as compensation for the minimal damage was our attempt to resolve the situation fairly and swiftly, given the circumstances. We strive to respond to all our customer inquiries promptly, but please understand that mid-January is an exceptionally busy period for us, following the Christmas season. This can sometimes affect our response times, despite our best efforts.

We want to assure you that cases like yours are rare and not reflective of the high standard of quality and service we aim to provide, as evidenced by our high average customer reviews (over 4100 reviews on several platforms with average rating of 9,4 and 96% would recommend us). We take pride in our customer service and always seek to resolve any issues in the best interest of our customers.

However, your situation, along with similar cases, has unfortunately led us to the difficult decision to no longer ship Instant Pots to Croatia and several other countries. The long transport distances have resulted in a high rate of damage during transit, making it incredibly expensive and challenging for us to manage returns and ship replacements.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this situation has caused. Our team is continuously working on improving our processes and policies to prevent such occurrences in the future.
