Take what I say with scrutiny: I am a 20 year-old (full-time) College student. I have had very little-to-no previous work (or life) experience prior to taking a Door Supervisor training course with this company.
Got weekend training (Feb 10-12/Feb 24-25) from instructor Rodger.
The man knows his stuff! His 30 years of experience in the Private Security Industry shows as he demonstrated to the class. Rodger could, and would, allow us to demonstrate our theoretical knowledge and practical application during training.
Good man with better intentions, would absolutely trust his guidance and wisdom over my own! Can crack a few belter jokes to ease any tension during training.
My attempts to bribe him with Jammie Dodgers was modestly successful.
The company has proven to me it cares about the people it takes on for training. Free re-sits for assessments, consistent and reliable advice; and guidance for all trainees involved!
If you decide you will take another training course, with this company, in addition to one you already took part with in the company, it offers discounts, to ensure your bank account takes less of a hit! As a student, I can't say no to that!
