n 2008 i started an online buisiness..By 2010 I made a mess of categorizing my expenses assiciated with my business. I did not know when a filed tax year falls behind, the IRS will not allow a tax year filed until the first missing year is resolved. By 2013 IRS was getting serious and i had no where to go. I called Instant Tax Solutions who worked out of Indiana. I live in NJ and my assigned tax specialist Richard Hague was patient, helpful and reassuring. In the fall of 2013 a solution was concluded and $6,600 was removed and a payment arrangement was set. Yes there was a light at the end of the tonnel. Instant Tax Solutions was great to work with. The IRS said that we owed over $40K and was going to garnish my wages and bank accounts. This was on a Friday afternoon, and by Tuesday of the following week the garnishment was stopped.

It took some time, but when it was all said and done we wound up paying the IRS $100. We are very great full for the help they gave us, and working with us on the fee for them.

Instant tax solutions did a phenomenal job on my case. All their people I dealt with were friendly, courteous, & very professional.

I was very hesitant about giving my personal information, let alone my debit card number to a company that was out of state. John Nelson at Instant Tax Solutions assured me that they were a legitimate business.
With that being said, I took a leap of faith and did business with them.

Christine Hill worked on my account. This woman is awesome at what she does. Christine worked very hard to get things done for me and my husband. She went above and beyond, I know that she really put in some long hours working with the IRS on our behalf. The end result proves it.
She was very attentive, she made me feel like I was her only concern. How many times can anyone say that ? Lol now a days, people are very rude and don't seem to give a dam. Not Christine, at times when I was feeling frustrated, she'd take time to let me vent and told me that she was there for me if I ever just needed to talk.

This company was true to their word, I paid their fee and was still treated very well. Unlike most companies who just want the money and once it's paid, you're no longer any use to them. So, if you are wondering if you should use Instant Tax Solutions to help you to deal with the IRS, please, do not hesitate to call them. You will be glad that you did.

Frankly, I thought this was going to be money thrown down the drain. It took several years and a lot of perseverance but ITS came thru with an amicable resolution. The entire staff was highly professional and courteous. On a few occasions, the staff had to talk me off the ledge. Atty. Eric Joesph's effort on this case was exceptional and the firm is indeed fortunate to have him. Nothing in life is guaranteed but I feel comfortable enough to recommend their services.

First, you must genuinely not be able to afford/pay what you owe. Be prepared to be an open book, financially. Ask lots of questions, do what they say, provide everything they ask n be patient (took me a year to resolve) and then trust the process. It works!!

A lot of help and great explaining of what needs to be done and why. If I have problems in the future I will definitely call these people to help.
