From the previous review I was not sure about this org, However I reached out directly for an order and Vincent from Instincttime responded back. They were extremely helpful and always responded quickly. When another company (PremiumHour) fkd me over and scammed me out of my watch, I reached back to out to Vincent for assistance as I needed the watch urgently for a wedding. They shipped out my order the next day and received my watch within two days with express delivery. This was extremely helpful as I live in Sydney. After receiving the watch I couldn't be happier. Exactly what I wanted, and comes in neat box along with a watch tool to adjust the metal strap. Product is excellent, and the Customer service is too. Would highly recommend supporting this business.
