Excellent service.

I found these guys online and read the trustpilot feedback and although there were a few not so good ones the price for the insulation could be matched, so I paid my money and went for it.. I’m so glad I did the service was great and delivery was on time and the driver even helped carry me the goods to the garage. I will be ordering form them again when I start my next project.

I ordered Rockwool from the company and it turned up on the date requested after having to chase for confirmation. I understand that sometime companies make mistakes. Kristy Tait said their computer system was not working. Mistakes happen. I know this because I made a mistake and needed to order some more soundproofing. (actually I decided the 100mm soundproofing works so much better then the 50mm I decided to increase all the wall in the studio to 100mm)

Here is the problem, the amount I needed to order was £127.00 and under their £200 minimum order. Just a little bit more.

I have asked can I order the extra as the total order is well over their limit.

I understand there will be extra delivery charges and I’m happy to pay for delivery. However I was told by Kristy Tait that they can’t as it company policy.

I have asked Kristy, “do I need to order £200 and let them keep the extra and sell to someone else.”

So at this stage they want me to order £200 knowing that extra will have to end up in landfill. This seams wrong in every way.

I can only assume Kristy is doing what she is told and not asking “can we use some common sense on this occasion.”

I real issue for me is a company who makes it impossible to talk to someone on the phone for when things go wrong.

Quick and easy to order and the delivery came as arranged with notifications on route for the delivery time. The driver was very helpfull with the offloading.

Delivered several days early and a fantastic tracking app for the delivery so you can see where the driver is. Great product and price too

Brilliant service! I placed my order but missed a couple of things off, they efficiently cancelled the order for me so I could replace it with the extra things. Very polite, quick and courteous

Decided to insulate my loft between the rafters and did some homework and decided insulation board would be best. I found Insulation Express online and they showed plenty of board to choose from. I used the live chat facility and asked if the product I wanted was in stock and they were very quick to reply showing plenty of stock at my local depot. Ordering was easy and I picked my delivery day and had confirmation immediately. On the delivery day I was kept fully informed of when I would receive the goods and the delivery was seamless.
From start to finish it was an easy transaction, with good pricing and excellent communication. I would definitely use again and would thoroughly recommend them.

I was anxious after another company totally messed up a large delivery as the driver couldn't get the 2.4m boards or his own forklift off his lorry and blocked the road while we had to unpick a huge delivery off the truck by hand one board at a time and then carry them 50 yards to the door. So I expected the same, and had two extra men on site to help unload for this order.

None of it was necessary - Insulation Express delivered exactly when they said they would, with an app keeping track of the lorry. They carried a forklift on the outside of the truck and delivered right to my door despite it being quite a way from the kerbside in an estate. Really impressed to deal with a company that is efficient and highly competent!

Excellent product and great customer service we received emails to confirm our order and delivery date. On the day the delivery driver called ahead to confirm an arrival time he was really happy, friendly and helpful and helped to unload the product. It was really good quality and we got a great deal too , we are more than happy to recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Very efficient service. The item I ordered wasnt in stock nearby, so I was contacted with an alternative and given the specifications so that I could make an informed decision as to whether I wanted the alternative or not. Very reasonable delivery times and friendly driver :)
