I ordered three large sheets of laminated plasterboards
I ordered, It was confirmed within minutes, I was informed of the dispatch in the next two days. I was also told of the day and time bracket of the delivery, which arrived as stated in perfect condition.

Very helpful and polite customer service. One thing I really liked was the immediate/rapid communication between IS and their distribution infrastructure that enabled rapid feedback about deliveries. It felt like a well connected organisations. The promise of call-backs happened promptly. I wish other companies' call centres operated at this level.

The customer service was good but ….
The customer service was good. But the delivery arrangement awful. First load only 2 of 4 packages arrived. Second load was just dumped blocking the drive. No attempt to get hold of one of several people on the premises at the time. The missing packages were sorted out. Shame to spoil good service with crazy deliveries.

Poor delivery
Postage was high and I was aware of this when I placed the order. Delivery did not happen in 7 days and I had to chase. Seller did not know what had happened to it as 3rd party supplying. Eventually appeared slightly damaged. I did suggest to seller they should in the circumstances refund the delivery cost. This was ignored. Would I use again - probably not.
