Great experience, wish I found you sooner.

Rep was was informative and efficient and found a very reasonably-priced policy for my trip, relating any items that the insurance will and will not cover.

Easy to get quote. Price was one of the best for services included. Easy to apply and purchase. Got my policy and cards within minutes of paying via on-line.

Joss did a great job, patient, competent, and efficient. She was happy to give a sample of the policy to review. If found to be fully professional and complete, something I wanted to be sure of because I had never heard of this company before. We mainly wanted the insurance to cover emergency medical, so I paid close attention to the pre-existing condition clause covering conditions the policy would not cover. I found I-Go's to be the much more favorable to the insured than other policies. I urge anyone buying these policies to read the pre-existing clause carefully. As for actually paying claims, I have no experience, but Joss did describe in detail their resources for extracting me or my wife if needed in Australia.

The representative was very helpful and knows the product well. She was able to answer all my questions satisfactorily. Getting quotes and the policy was a breeze. I hope you guys fix your website so I could have done it while on my computer. It would not allow me to get a quote because of the date I entered which is about two weeks from today. The error message says the starting date should be within 0 months. It is within that but it wont let me get the quotes. If the way to get quotes and policy issued is by calling, then eliminate your interactive website!!!

Although I hope not to use this insurance and cannot vouch for performance should the need arise since I have not yet left on my journey, however, my research shows that this is excellent value for the coverage and was super easy to acquire.

Easy online purchase - every cruise we go on we have purchased travel insurance as a what if protection. This year as in prior years we have traveled extensively, mostly cruises, from our home in NY, Floida, the Caribbean, and Europe. Happy travels!

First of all, Mr. W.Peterson was very helpful in providing the initial travel medical insurance information on what was needed and required. Its completeness made the process application quite easy to follow.

Very easy to read and understand. Have been fortunate in past trips in not having to use this insurance but I have felt more secure with this protection.

Much easier to navigate than other sites.

I called InsureandGo while I had their page up on my computer. We walked through the options over the phone and I made my selection. The whole process took around 10 minutes and was really straight forward. The assistant was knowledgeable and courteous. I hope that I don't need to use it, however.

We have used this company before and have had to make a claim and had no trouble receiving what was due to us. Excellent company to purchase from.
