Excess Protection Claim Request
I have bought an excess protection, however, when I want to request a claim, it said the cover note number was incorrect, but I only can find the reference no. on the order confirmation, I couldn't complete the online form, however, the page showed I have already submitted the claim request. I have tried to email to your company in the beginning of June, but have no response until now, can someone follow up please?

We have been dealing with Casey Molloy to get started with insuring our new business - TAPCARS Ltd. As this business is new to us we have had many questions and have needed to be carefully guided through every step of the process. Casey has been so patient and supportive to us throughout and we are now almost ready to launch our new hire car venture here in Southampton England. During this process we evaluated many organisations offering insurance to hire car businesses, however none offered the same flexible terms or accommodated start-ups in the way that InsureCarHire has done. Overall very happy with the service…
Overall very happy with the service levels. Found the upfront fee a little expensive to be honest but the product they offered was what we needed. They are always on hand to help with any questions we have especially as we are getting used to things. Early days but it works for us so far!

Cant fault them as it does exactly what we require.

Insure Car Hire's customer service is very good. I've not yet had any customers but it seems the process is quite simple. I may write another review when I've had a go at doing it for the first time but so far so good!

First time setting up a van rental…
First time setting up a van rental business and Casey and the team have been very patient and helpful with getting us set up and answering our many questions. Very flexible insurance which suits our needs and is easy to sort online. The only thing I would say is that the How to Use website is lacking a little and doesn't contain much information.

InsureCarHire were the only insurance company to get back to me promptly with a quote for a Hire Insurance policy that suited my needs.
Jake was very helpful in answering any queries that I had regarding the quote and came back to me quickly with any questions regarding setting up our online portal, which is straightforward to use.
