Terrible

Terrible company to deal with. They get paperwork wrong, do not explaon things, and no human to deal with during normal business hours instead the email communications in the middle of the night.

I called twice

I called twice. The first guy just said you wont insure me. He would not explain and just said no. Hang up.
I then filled out information online and called again.
I asked questions and lady listened and gave the best answer she could until I realized the online questionnaire and I use same terms for different things. She understood and processed me.

Employees need to be more knowledgable, courteous and kind towards customers.
Had to call and email multiple times to reach agent and always get redirected or hung up on call wait and there is no call back or follow up.

Pretty easy to sign up!

The process was pretty seamless, however with our start up, we had back and forth changes and needed to keep changing the documents. Tyler was extremely patient and very helpful to get us set up/signed up.
