Julian was extremely helpful with finding a non standard policy for my home insurance. We had several phone calls and there were a number of queries that needed to be checked. Each time he followed up with the underwriters and answered all my queries. Great service. Thank you.

Ben Richards guided me through the lengthy application process for house insurance with great care and courtesy. All was carefully explained and questions answered. When I called a week later to activate the policy which had been placed on hold for me, I got put through to Ben again. The transaction was completed with the same care and attention. Intasure did not have a record of my insurance documents from 2023, lost in the transition to new software. Just as well as I didn't have to make a claim in 2023 or I am sure it would have been fraught with difficulty. It is also frustrating that the premiums have gone up so much.

Extremely professional
I called three companies today for a quote. I chose and paid for this one today because of the extensive knowledge and professional attention from Julian, the agent representative, as well as the quick response from the underwriting team.
What service?
I applied for a quote via Go Compare. Intasure advised I would get a phone call.
The next morning I received a call. When I answered the line was dead. The next time I received a call a man asked for my surname and whether the policy would incept within 30 days. I provided the information. He then said he would transfer me to his boss,which he did.
I hung on the phone for 3 minutes before killing the call.
Why phone me if you have no-one to transfer me to?
Whose idea of Customer Service is this? Certainly not mine.
Reading the other reviews which look authentic, and with my "experience" I won't be using this company!

Strange attitude to new clients
Very poor and uncooperative service. My insurance for my apartment in Spain is not due for anther few months, but I wanted to get an idea of alternatives.
BUT because I was honest and said I didn’t require insurance within the next 30 days I was refused a quote!
I acknowledged the premium might change by the time I needed it (like it would go down!). I just wanted to find out if this company is worth contacting when the time comes, still refused. I offered to change the start date to 30 days out, but no, cause I’d initially given a different date, if I’d have said 30 days out in the first place, then I would have gotten a quote.
Site blurb says they are here to help, not necessarily so, do not seem interested in bringing in new potential business.
