Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good personable service.
Helpful service
Nikki was very helpful and we found a product that was right for my property. I felt that, as opposed to other brokers, she seemed genuinely interested in getting it right.
Knowledgeable and efficient
Meg was extremely clear and very helpful
A Credit To The Company
The member of staff who has been dealing with my enquiry, Nikki, was extremely courteous and well-informed. She answered all my questions in a satisfactory way and called me back when she said she would.
All in all, it was a pleasure to deal with her and to continue to do business with Intasure, who I have been with for a number of years.
Very Helpful
I found Nikke to be.extremely helpful, patient and knowledgable with a very friendly telephone manner.

Shocking Customer Service from Renewals…
Shocking Customer Service from Renewals Department - avoid them like the plague!
Received my increased (despite many years claims-free) Renewal notice to my work email on Friday before a bank holiday with no time to review the schedule before they took their premium at midnight on Monday. I Cancelled within their ‘cooling off’ period of 14 days and was told I would be refunded within 5 working days. 16 working days later I am still nearly £1200 out of pocket. It is outrageous that they can have instantaneous access to my funds yet drag their feet when paying it back. Seems likes it’s one way traffic…..incidentally, I found better cover in France for my holiday home - saving me about £400. I suggest that other second home owners insure locally too. I even had a home visit from the local Broker who wanted to make sure their cover was right for me……that’s what I call customer service!
Response to quote request
Filled in Quotezone forms on Sunday for quote on Holiday Home insurance. Received a notification that I would be contacted by Intasure to give quote. Received a call at 0929 from them - saying team ready to provide my quote. Put on hold for 6 Mins then when eventually answered unable to provide quiote using information already provided. APPLALLING SERVICE - I will not be using again.
If I could give NO stars I would
If I could give NO stars I would. Avoid this company 100%. Been with them several years and now I have a water leak in Dubai they don't want to pay out except for redecoration.Their loss adjusters are even worse Gallagher.
Take your money quick enough!
Avoid at all cost!
DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES SCAMMERS…scum bags
DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES SCAMMERS ROBBERS.
We insured with them and had a theft.. Got a crime number they said they are not paying because the vehicle was locked...I have a campaign ongoing to stop these rip off merchants and over 3000 people have said they wii not use them....They are SCAMMERS . The loss adjusters who work with them (Kelly Adjusters) are even worse...Do not waste your money on these thieves....they take your money and run.. What a total bunch of scum bags...still no reply or resolution....what a bunch of bottom holes
Tinpot outfit....
Renewal came up for holiday home. Due to recent merger they had made a number of assumptions about the property. One was wrong so I rang and was advised an agent would call me back. Didn't happen. Rang a few days later and was told it would have to be referred to an underwriter. Never heard back, then received an email to say as I hadn't renewed my insurance has lapsed!!! I'm waiting on you and you can't even sort this? Clearly can't find their arses with both hands so took my business elsewhere. How would they fair if I needed to make a claim?
Under no circumstances should you ...
take out insurance with Intasure. In my experience, they can only insure a very narrowly defined "standard". However, this "standard" is not customary in the country or locality. Any deviation from the standard that is not mentioned will release the insurance company from all benefits. I mentioned the deviations and therefore got asked questions again and again. After two months, Intasure told me that the risk was too high and that they could not make me an offer.
Only those who like to be made a fool of should go to Intasure.
Horrific
Horrific. Absolutely avoid. It has been now 10 weeks and counting with an ongoing massive water leak. Their contractors are appalling, slow and incapable of actually completing a job. Avoid at all costs.
New system…
Someone below mentioned the "new system scam". They tried that on me for a basic renewal to change one piece of information. "Sorry we cant find your records " Been with them 15+years
Ended up having to give them all details over again and then be told that they had to refer it before they could give a price. Clearly not at all customer focused if that is the sales department!
Cancelled my policy but Intasure still renewed it!
After 9/10 years with Intasure, with no claims, I decided to switch to a different company who were offering better value for money. I contacted Intasure to cancel my renewal and was assured this would be actioned, but low and behold, the renewal email came this morning. Looking at the reviews on here, it seems to be a regular complaint. I hope to stop the payment due tomorrow through my bank and avoid a lengthy process trying to get a refund. Very disappointed with Intasure and their level of customer service, and it's highly unlikely that I will return to them in the future.
Very poor company contact wise.
I had insured my property abroad with this company for several years. I made no claims so all went fine until this year when I wished to cancel my account. The main reason is their prices have risen dramatically over the last few years. (I have now renewed my property through a bank in the country it is located at half the price). Now the problems started. As per the terms and conditions, I contacted Intasure before the renewal
was completed. However, my money was taken and I kept receiving emails thanking me for my renewal. I used their website chat to confirm a cancellation, which didn't help because they couldn't confirm the cancellation and coincidently I received an email from them the same day stating my policy was cancelled and I would receive a refund. I also emailed them and wrote a letter, both of which I haven't received replies to. I have been awaiting my refund of over £400 for two weeks. In addition to the email I received stating my policy was cancelled I received emails from them thanking me for the renewal. This company was very happy to contact me over the years asking if I wanted to upgrade my policy etc but strangely enough now I want to say goodbye they've gone quiet. Be careful don't make the mistake I did and make your renewal automatic.
