I bought a bracket so my Samsung TV could be fitted to the wall. Excellent service from Mike. So helpful, letting me know I needed spacers and sending me a link so I could get them. There was an issue initially with delivery, nothing to do with intec. Mike got it all sorted, letting me know what was happening. The bracket itself is brilliant, really pleased with it.

Excellent customer service. Bought Product Code: IB26B for my Sony Oled KD-65A1 TV, perfect strong bracket, all fittings included.
Paid extra for next day delivery. Highly recommend.

Five years on from purchasing one of their excellent and moderately priced wall brackets we moved house and were forced to remove it from the wall so decided to reuse it. I contacted Intec to enquire about the type of fittings to use. At absolutely no cost to myself they (Mike) posted out the appropriate screws and gave me the appropriate information to refit the bracket to a different type of surface.
In this day and age this is such excellent service, such a rarity these days, especially as their TV brackets are so competitively priced in the first place.
Response to my enquiry was instant too. 10/10++.
I simply can't recommend these guys enough.

Absolutely great customer support when our tv bracket was lost in the post, Mike sent out another on an overnight delivery....no quibble. Equally great was the bracket, really substantial, easy to follow instructions and this is the slimmest bracket possible with tilt and turn plus the minimum distance off the wall at 19mm opening up to 250mm (10 inches). So versatile and easy to use.
Just a great customer experience, definite 5 stars and highly recommended.!

Great product, great service, great company. I have my Intec bracket almost 5 years. My product was the best available on the market at the time and has stood the test of time. I got a new TV with a new VESA fitment so I needed some help. Their after sales customer service is as good as their product.

I ordered a IB1015B bracket for a tricky install of a large 65" TV and emailed intecbrackets.co.uk first for advice. They responded quickly and were very helpful. Delivery was quick and I'm very happy with the bracket, perfect for what was needed. I would highly recommend intecbrackets.co.uk.

Ordered a flat against the wall bracket and ended up wanting a tilt instead, Steve and Mike were amazing and so responsive and got a different bracket asap. They received a photo of the back of the tv and confirmed the right bracket - it did not fit and from that point complete silence and zero customer support - from hero to zero - just don’t use - it’s just painful!

Received very helpful advice from Mike and Steve via email. I know nothing about monitors and brackets but they were clear in their communication and recommendations. The end result is perfect - my monitors sit just as described in my home office.

What a fantastic Company !!!

I purchased a TV Wall Bracket and a Soundbar Bracket both of which arrived the next day!! The TV Tilt Bracket is exceptional and was fitted without any issues. Unfortunately, the Soundbar Bracket was not entirely compatible with our Soundbar, but Intec were totally invested in trying to achieve a practical solution but sadly that proved impossible. Accordingly, a refund was provided without any hassle. At all stages Intec were contactable and very supportive. I would HIGHLY RECCOMMEND them.

Outrageously good customer service that saw two email responses to a query OVER A WEEKEND for a purchase made on a third party website. Can't speak highly enough for both the support received and, most importably, the quality of their rugged 'long-reach' TV bracket.

Good site first of all. Easy to find what bracket I needed. Slight mix up with the delivery as my computer auto filled my previous address! But Intec helped me out straight away and the courier also went above and beyond to get it to me. The bracket is now on the wall and is an excellent product. Extremely happy with everything.

Great quality product, backed up by fantastic service. I had a query and the communication was superb.

Tried to find a TV bracket to fit an older TV and had spent hours on the internet tyrying to find one which would fit. I then came across Intec and rang them. I spoke to their customers services and they were very helpful and after I placed my order for the bracket based on their recommendation I even received an email before despatch to double check screw measurements. The bracket was easy to put together and easy to install, tv now happily on the wall. Would completely recommend this company for their help and diligence.
