This company recently ripped off my elderly and vulnerable parents - charging over £1400 just to replace a door lock! They could have got a new door for that amount.
The door components they used would retail at circa £170, however they charged £680+VAT for these, plus £230 labour + £55 call out fee. I have reported them to Suffolk Trading Standards, and as they do not appear to be VAT registered have also reported them to HMRC.
I did of course attempt to resolve this amicably with them, however they flat out denied any wrong doing. I really don't know how they sleep at night. Please stay away and only use a reputable firm that is recommended to you.

They have info on their website about there transparency and no hidden costs, but that's a lie, they overcharged you and take advantage of you in vulnerable position. I reported the company to Trading Standards and Company house.

Avoid. They advertise no hidden costs. Rubbish. Far too expensive and charge VAT for everything and they aren’t registered. Refuse to give a VAT no keep saying they have applied for one. They are crooks. AVOID

I had a brand new door fitted two months ago but the lock was not working. I contacted a locksmith that was first on the Google Search led to believe to be a large company but it turns out the company does not even exist and they send out individual contractors who work under their own companies. The guy quoted £299+VAT and did not mention any other costs. When he finished the job, he gave me an invoice for over £1,000. I was shocked and stunned and felt robbed in my own house. PLEASE AVOID AND CONTACT A LOCAL LOCKSMITH SHOP.

Total scam! Fraud!
Lock master did come and upon finding that he was charging us double of what he quoted on phone .. we refused to get locks changed.. he literally took our old locks out and handle and took them away with him leaving us locked inside the building…

Avoid at all costs. Menacing scammers.

I was quoted £225 for a simple lock opening but was charged £448.80 without prior disclosure—adding unexpected fees for after-hours service and VAT. Later, I found that reputable locksmiths charge £120-£150 for the same job.

To make matters worse, the invoice lacks a VAT registration number, despite the VAT charge. This feels like a dishonest practice designed to exploit customers in urgent situations. Avoid this company and go with a reputable locksmith instead.

Call out cost was far too high for an elderly client - charged over £800 to drill out a standard lock. expensive alternative firms have costed the work at no more than £200+vat.
They are not registered locksmiths and are not MLA registered.
Avoid at all costs.

1 star is too many for this company. Avoid at all costs. He won't give you a clear price until he removes your locks and then overprice you. He will equally overprice you to undo his work!

This guy is a crook!! He will tell you that he can’t give you a quote until he’s removed all the locks, then he’ll overcharge you for the job! Call a certified locksmith instead

Avoid, he is a scammer! He charged £2100 to replace 5 cylinders or £1000 to undo his work. You won't find him on the MLA register either, for good reason.
