Shocking service, don’t use!!!
This company provides terrible customer service just when you need it most.
The Intelizzz tracker on my motorhome seemed to be not waking up and giving a location when it should have more than 14 months of battery power left.
It’s not possible to get support via the support section of the app and phone calls just get directed to a dead number and voicemail which is ignored. I emailed th support address and it took them 17 days to respond and told me that the tracker didn’t seem to be transmitting. Then it took them another day to get the postal address.
In the meantime thieves robbed my now unprotected motorhome off the driveway.
I reported it to Intelizzz straight away but they didn’t seem bothered and just told me to report the theft to police.
I’m not using Intelizzz for my new motorhome and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
How they’ve held on to Thatcham accreditation is a mystery.
