Intelius is worthless, Stay away!

This company's software is not worth a penny. It's a 100% garbage, and stay away from it. For they do not provide the information, they say. They will. Not worth the money, stay away from them!

Double-check your cancellation because they just tried to charge me again. I had to call and insist that I'd been canceled, and they sent me an email confirmation.

Information for people I was looking…

Intelius is terrible

Intelius is terrible. The information they provide is questionable at best and frequently outdated or inaccurate. And they will spam you mercilessly with pop-up ads trying to entice you into signing up. I literally receive about a dozen every 24-hour period on my lap top. Avoid Intelius like you would avoid the plague.

The website was not user friendly

The website was not user friendly. I wanted to cancel and it took me way too long to find out how to contact your business. I felt like I wasn’t supposed to find a way to contact you like you didn’t want me to cancel. When I finally found a number to call, the agent was very polite, but his accent was hard to understand.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. I wanted one simple search ($0.95) which I paid. The search was no help and had extremely minimal information. A week later I happened to notice they charged me $35, guess they hid a subscription in there. Sure my bad for not reading the fine print. However, they made it super difficult to cancel the subscription and even upon searching other names I found nothing on anyone… what is the point of the subscription if you get nothing from it? Every button on this website links to some kind of payment that is hidden so beware. Also anything you pay is useless because it doesn’t actually find any information. There’s many websites that work better.

Explanation Given After reading what your company can…

The company explained that the info reflected in the report may not have been updated and that what I had expected to find might soon be released by the authorities in the coming weeks. They returned my fees and I excepted their apology.
Very professional as they made the effort to address the issue.

The is a bogus site

The is a bogus site, I entered the name I was looking for and got the correct name and popped ip 7 lived in locations ( correct. ) then 6 relatives but needed more information so I paid and got no more than what I saw before I paid!!!!!!!. Then tried to open reports and most said information not available. This is BS took my money and got nothing. Will reports to my credit card for scam and better business bureau for offering service and nothing in return

I just told you you have inaccurate information attached to my namw and your response is to give you my correct data so you can replace the inaccurate with my current address info, so you can post that right??? These people and their business is putting people in DANGER esp from those who seek to Fraud ppl. I am filing a complaint bx nobody information should be this easily accessible.
