Process was very quick. Once phone was in, took less than 30 seconds to check. Offered me a lot higher price for a phone with cracked screen and back, than I expected. Was paid in bank within 2 hours.

First Class Service
Used the Intellibox in the St. Enoch Centre in Glasgow and thoroughly impressed. Using the box was straightforward and literally took a few minutes.
The box correctly identified my phone and offered me a price. This price was slightly lower than expected but taking into consideration I skipped the hassle of sending a phone away, and all the hassle that goes with it, it was satisfactory.
A printed receipt is given which states money should be transferred to my bank within 24 hours, which surprised me.
However, the money arrived in my bank in roughly two hours.
Easy to use, clear and concise instructions and extremely fast payment. First class service and would definitely use again.
