Excellent customer service in a space where a lot of other companies are lacking. We changed suppliers for several of our offices and Ashley was amazing. The process has also been straight forward since our commencement date. Communication is everything!

On Tuesday 9/4/24 I was looking to change water company covering my Lawn Bowling Club. One of the companies to contact myself was Intelligent Business Water, the sales person Lesley was first class. She provided all information I required and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. On our second call to finalise matters she diligently took time to ensure I was satisfied and took the decision to change. At no time did I feel I was pushed to make a decision thanks to Lesley’s involvement.
