The apartment we rented was in a beautiful location, but unfortunately, the floors were very dirty, there were cobwebs all over the balcony (as if it had not been cleaned in weeks/months), there was still a dirty sponge in the sink and there was only very few cleaning utensils in the apartment. We spent the first half-hour of our vacation cleaning the apartment. When we contacted the local office they never replied to our 3 e-mails even though online they have responded to some negative reviews that they would send a cleaning service in case of a dirty apartment. Once I messaged the interchalet support line (which was located faraway from our apartment) they told us that they had contacted the local office and somebody would be in touch soon. Unfortunately, this was not reliable information. Nobody contacted us the entire week. It was such a disappointing experience I would not recommend interchalet to anyone!

We spent 14 days in July 2023 in this Villa Bugenvilla in Croatia, but unfortunately, it was not a peaceful vacation at all. The villa itself is beautiful, but right next to the fence, there is an ongoing construction of a huge complex, with heavy construction work taking place from 6 in the morning until 4 in the evening. It's impossible to stay in the villa during the day due to the extreme noise and a lot of dust coming from the construction site. There was no mention of this construction right next to the property when we made the reservation, and the owners of the house responded to our inquiries with the claim that they were not aware of any ongoing construction during the holidays. However, when we spoke directly to the workers at the construction site, they informed us that this construction has a special permit, and the work will continue throughout the entire tourist season, and all the homeowners in the area are aware of it. We were truly disappointed, and we definitely won't be coming back. The communication with the Interchalet company about a refund is really hard and uncomfortable, they do not accept their fault, and also they didn't allow us to write a review directly on their web. I do not recommend this villa to anyone for at least the next 2 years.

super good experience, I go through Interchalet 10 times already
Without selecting once again the CO2 emission compensation showed up on the invoice. Unable to deselect so had to call the help center. Again. Absolutely unethical and illegal!

Will deffo book with Interchalet again.

Do not EVER book your holiday through Interchalet.de. As soon as you have payed for your trip, they don't care about you anymore.
We have NEVER experienced such a low service level as from this company. They ran away from every single obligation and are allways ready with a bunch of bad excuses.
If you have the possibility to book somewhere else, don't hesitate to do so!

The reservation was easy but after debiting my credit card I did receive an ambiguous answer about its success. The confirmation arrived about ten minutes later, I had to speak with the support by phone to make me clear what happened.

Casa Ronco was so durty, that we could not stay there. It seemed, they did not klean the corners, the light switches, the bathroom for months!! We could not look through the glasses, so durty!!!!

we had a problem with the fridge not cooling. The owner turned out to be very aggressive, shouting and gesticulating. The owner entered the apartment in our absence, we didn’t give our consent. Interchalet didn’t take any consequences, the staff treated us like liars. Additionally, there was a clogged drain in the bathroom, the water was knocking out. A large puddle was forming. Dirty dishes in cupboards, smelled musty. Lots of vermin. No soap, no spare garbage bag, no detergents, no bath towels. drama. We have evidence for everything - SMS, e-mail, videos, photos.
