Just when our energies were totally depleted preparing for a house move Shane, Hussain, Ben and Trystan arrived. What a cracking team of great guys. They took control and moved us swiftly and professionally. Nothing was too much trouble. They definitely were the best removal team we've ever had.
Gabriel, in the office, is a lovely guy who helped us every step of the way with our booking, which we were grateful for.

After shipping our belongings from the USA to the UK, Intercity Removals were charged with moving our cargo to its final destination in South Devon. Our delivery agent, Rositsa, was adept at coordinating customs clearance and George went above and beyond to ensure that we received our items on time and in perfect condition. The delivery guys were punctual and provided a rapid (but careful) unloading service. We are grateful to Intercity Removals for their efficient, friendly, and accommodating team.

We had a pack and move service. Efficiently organised with a video phone assessment, the team turned up in force, packed very speedily and safely, and moved ahead of time. All of the staff I had dealings with - both in the office, and on site - were friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them!

The team moved us from Cardiff to London, into a fourth floor mansion flat with antique furniture and heavy boxes. Whole experience was best we’ve had. Excellent response from first contact to the last box. Highly recommended.

Intercity Removals moved us from Bath to Caerphilly, via their storage for 3 months. We were completely satisfied with all aspects of their service. The removers were very efficient and speedy at packing things up for us and also delivering and rebuilding our beds. Our purchase was delayed so our goods were in storage for longer than we anticipated, but this was accepted without any problems. I would certainly use Intercity again if we need to move again.

The guys were so efficient, polite and hard working. They made our house move as stress free as possible. This is the second time we’ve used this company and top service again. They know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend them.

Great service from office staff, emails and calls clear and called when they said they would. We moved in the middle of a storm but the delivery team led by Shane, with Edy and Azzem were just wonderful, they took the weather , access challenges and our stress levels in their stride, nothing was too much trouble. From the first call to intercity the team were extremely helpful. They delivered boxes and extra boxes when we needed them. On the day the removals team, Stuart, Ben, Chris, Kasim and Thomas arrived promptly and worked really hard. They organised our belongings on the vans so that we felt secure knowing that they would be safe. Nothing was too much trouble.
When I called a few weeks later, they collected the empty boxes.

Great company and did a brilliant job. I rang Intercity after our moving date had changed to a week later than planned and my previously booked moving company wasn't available on the new date. Through speaking to the owner George, he was so helpful and calm during an incredibly stressful situation. The team on the day were really efficient and emptied our house no problem. Shane, Razvan and George were really careful with our items and everything was in perfect condition when we arrived at our new home. 100% would recommend Intercity for removals.

Booking Intercity was the best decision I made during the move. They were absolutely fantastic. Shane and Luke worked so hard and did everything they could to ensure the day went as smoothly as possible. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service.

This was not the best experience I've ever had. To start, I was persuaded to hire three vans for £ 1,600, and on the day, only two were needed. I was convinced of the need for a third van by an assessor over a video call. He assured me that my possessions would not fit in 2. On the day, everything comfortably fit 2 vans. Then there is the issue of things taken and left behind. In my instructions, I made it clear that certain items were to be kept because they were not needed or were being donated to charity, and others should be taken to my new house. Things that were supposed to be left were taken, and those that were supposed to be taken were left. This has resulted in a lot of extra work on my part, getting rid of things in Cheltenham and driving to Birmingham to transport what was left behind. While the workers worked hard, they also seem preocupied with clocking off and enjoying the sunshine. While I can simpathise, I was also paying £1600 for the privalidge. Note very happy and would not hire them again.
