Disappointing. I ordered a Begonia in a pot for my mums birthday. It was squashed front and back, Brocken leaves, no flowers on those sections. Very sorry looking. Quality control clearly not good. When I visited my mum two days later I was quite disappointed about it. The colour of the flowers was also very different to photograph.
