The plant apparently was beautiful but the flower pot was broken so had to dispose of

My mother told me the plant looked presentable the day it was delivered, but within 24 hours, on Mothering Sunday itself, all the flowers had fallen off and the plant was dead. I hope you can imagine how desperately upset she was, but I doubt very much that you actually care; you already have my money.
