what a disappointment. Flower stems wired as they were already whitling, flowers already dead or dying within 4 days of receiving bouquet. Really poor. I came to Interflora as I know the organisation to be trustworthy for quality, such as shame their florists let the name down

Great ordering service (short notice next day delivery), and works out pretty well priced if you take out the annual pass too - which I did for only £2 more than a one off delivery. Cannot fault this for the annual delivery pass price. The flowers I ordered were just ok, and if I'm being honest, they look nothing like what I ordered. The colours were COMPLETELY different (bear in mind I ordered the "bright summer" bouquet and it was the dullest looking bunch I've ever seen), some of the flowers were also worse for wear and died the day after delivery (as in fully browned and crispy). I could forgive this due to the insane heat we've been experiencing as I know this is something most florists are struggling with at the moment but given they were ordered, made up and delivered on the same day I would have expected fresher (non-dead looking) flowers and this is rather inexcusable. I am also aware that when ordering online, there is a note advising the actual flowers used may vary to those shown on images etc. but you'd expect it to bear some resemblance, whether that be in the actual stems or colours used? This was not the case. I will order using Interflora again, especially as I have now paid for the annual delivery pass, however, I probably wouldn't risk ordering any flowers for the same recipient out of worry that the same local florists will be used as I unfortunately could not recommend them after this experience.
