On arrival, the bouquet looked lovely - full of beautiful flowers and foliage. I transferred the bouquet to a large jug, following all the guidelines for care which were provided with the packaging. All looked fine for 2 or 3 days and then, to my dismay, the flowers and foliage started to droop, fade and fall off. This deterioration accelerated rapidly over the next couple of days and I took a photograph on Day 6 before disposing of it as I couldn't believe that this special and very expensive bouquet hadn't even lasted a week! I am disabled and not able to walk into a flower shop and choose flowers myself for my wife - hence my reliance on an online retailer such as Interflora. I therefore feel totally let down by this purchase and sorry for my wife as this was meant to be a special treat for her birthday.
