I usually find the flowers I get from you to be excellent and have used you for years and even have a platinum pass so I am sure this is a one off. This bunch however was poor value for money, it looked pretty sparse and wasn’t very good at all even after it bloomed it wasn’t very impressive and didn’t seem to last too long. Disappointed this time but I have had years and years of never being disappointed so it must just be a one off.

Interflora should have the photograph of the flowers, as they sent it to me. These flowers were for a friend who has been very ill in hospital, and I mentioned that she loves pinks and purples. However, I did not expect the whole bunch to reflect those colours, as it was supposed to be a multicoloured arrangement.
