The flowers that my wife received were…

The flowers that my wife received were so beautiful, they were fresh and wonderfully presented.
It put a big smile on her face and that was the whole point.
I don’t get flowers anywhere else than Interflora, quality is quality.

There's such a lovely choice of flowers.

I always use this company as there's such a good choice of flowers, I like the fact that they keep me up to date with the time of delivery, and even send me a photo of the flowers on the recipient's doorstep, which is very useful.

The flowers were excellent

The flowers were excellent, the florist was excellent but the rest of the experience was not, it took 3 days to get into and work your site.you charged me £7.50 for delivery after I had paid a one off fee for free deliveries. I could only contact you through the florist who were excellent. I received a call back from you but it felt like I was talking to a computer and I still do not know if or when I might receive my £7.50 delivery charge back, you used to be so good what happened!

Wrote a review of them last week…

Wrote a review of them last week stating I was opted out of marketing, if you go and view it the response was that someone was looking into it and confirmed they had removed me from me from marketing, I have just received yet another email asking me to review the order. I have a screenshot of the email if someone wants to see it. Or I can forward the email

Ordered flowers for my Father’s funeral…

[This was 1* review initially]

Ordered flowers for my Father’s funeral at 10am on 29 May to be delivered to our home. Had a message from Bloomsbury Flowers to say they would be delivered between noon and 1pm. By then we will be at the wake. Trusted on a difficult day and they failed miserably

Update: Just home. Flowers left with neighbour and are actually very nice and very good value.

Update: Jade from Interflora has been excellent and has immediately refunded the costs.

Flowers arrived in perfect condition

I made my online order 2 days before arrival of flowers, they arrived on time & within the delivery time stated on my email. Flowers arrived in perfect conditon.
The only small criticism is the instructions that came with the flowers were confusing for my elderly parent.
The instructions were not visible at first they were opened & placed in a vase. It was not until the wrapping etc was being disposed of the instructions were found

Flowers delivered for my dad's birthday…

Flowers delivered for my dad's birthday was my 2nd Interflora delivery this year. 1st was for Mothering Sunday. Both deliveries were LOVELY and very well received. Huge thanks to Stems in Cambourne. The hand written cards are a super nice touch. Me being able to do this from Norway, where I live, feels very special. Not too long until I visit them in Cornwall again.
