Hello, I don't speak or read Finnish, so I am not sure if I am answering this correctly. I presume it is a satisfaction survey. I placed two orders, one for Friday and one for Saturday, I presume the orders will be delivered as requested. I am rating only two stars, and the reason for that is the language barrier. It would be helpful if any emails sent out automatically were in English as Interflora is an international company. I raised the orders via the Finnish Interflora site as I thought it would be easier. Other tha that, I have no complaints.

Love the live chat. Tommy was very friendly and super helpful, which I really appreciate. Totally recommend.

Friendly customer service, they check if there is a flower delivery possibility in the area where we sent flowers.
Also flower set was same and look same as we ordered, we got photo from happy receiver.

I have twice tried to send flowers via Interflora from Finland to the UK. The first time, I was told that an address in Surrey (just outside London for God's sake, a world metropolis!!!) was "too remote" and Interflora cancelled the order. The second time, to an address in Larne, N. Ireland, Interflora could not deliver on the day, a Monday, I had requested. On the first occasion, I would have been prepared to pay extra for delivery if the address was "remote", but I was not given this option. But the contact person in Finland was excellent: she apologised on Interflora's behalf and I have no complaints about her. I am now looking for alternative ways of sending flowers abroad since Interflora cannot be relied on. Interflora is not prepared to make any extra effort on the client's behalf if an order is outside its normal "comfort zone".

Order came on time and recipient was more than happy. The flowers came at a time of grieving, and courier was very respectable, I was very grateful for them following the instructions on the order form.

The bouquet was almost the same as in the order, although it was not in the countries choices list. The delivery was on time.
Everyone got happy!
The subscription and actual ordering procedures are very easy to use.
This is the third time I use Interflora for deliveries abroad and every time it has worked perfectly!
