Quick delivery but underwhelming flowers

Delivery was excellent but the flowers were small and underwhelming. My Mum loves flowers but this bunch was disappointing. There were some floppy flowers and the bunch was not any better than a bunch I'd picked up in a garage.

Service was great

Service was great. Delivery perfect and on time. Ordering was so simple and straightforward. Was very disappointed in the flowers. They looked nothing like what I ordered and they were not worth the price I paid for them

Working days.

Flowers were lovely, but due to the operational days, I had to order the flowers to come the day after I wanted them to be sent.

The flowers delivered were poor…

The flowers delivered were poor quality, some heads falling off and the others only lasted a day or two. My mother did call the florist and gave feedback direct.

Late delivery yet Interflora emailed that it was delivered on time, creating trust issues

I placed my order more than a week before I wanted them delivered for a big birthday. I requested that they be delivered on 16 March 2026, having placed my order and received your order confirmation email on 5 March 2026.
I receieved an email from you saying that it was delivered at 7.35 on 16 March 2026, however, when I asked the recipient, I was told that the gift was delivered on 18 March, or later but definitely not 16 March. I placed the order in plenty of time yet they were not delivered on time and the email from you was untrue which tells me that I cannot trust your communications.
