I needed 2 washers to renovate a camping gas connector in a camper van. The company obviously wasn't going to make much money out of me but they replied to an email, offered to talk on the phone, gave me advice and sold me the parts for next to nothing. The parts were delivered the following day by 1st class mail. Thank you Kevin. I wish all companies were so good with their service.

Hi,I have inter gas boiler, the heating packed up on Tuesday the 6th April.
Called my plumber out who installed it,and he said it needed spares he could not get hold off,he then called intergas,I was told it would take 8 days to send an engineer out and I would be charged £295 !
8 days later an engineer turned up called Vince,
He spent 10 minutes ruling out things .
He then said that the water softener fitted was ‘useless’
And as a result I had lime scale build up.
He took a valve out that he said was ‘getting stuck’,
Cleaned it ,put it back together & hey presto, warmth.
He then told me that as the boiler had been fitted incorrectly I should not get a bill as intergas boilers have a twenty year life span!
He told me to get intergas out to service it once a year as it’s outstanding value for money & carries a warranty for a year till the service.wow, really impressed with Vince.from Alan, Bedford 👍
Vince showed up today the time I was told and fixed my heating. A great chap who knows his stuff and had my heating running again in no time.
My landlord had sent a firm round to fix but they couldnt. Ordered a part from Intergas but the engineer from there said he wouldnt touch it as I didnt have the benchmark to show him. he said need to pay £300 for him to do so. So he left me without heating its been another 4 weeks. I told my landlord what he said. The firm came back and spent a few more hours trying to repair it, but to no avail again. 2 weeks after that Vince came today and as I said its all sorted now. He said it was very bad of the previous Intergas guy not to sort it as I am a tenant. He was very angry that he wouldnt even touch it. I didnt know any better so just thought if thats how its meant to be. So knowing he couldve sorted it if he wanted to was a little upsetting. Especially with all that has been going on this year.
So thanks so much Vince you are a star. I live in Barnet so if you live in his area and need an Intergas boiler engineer I suggest that you ask for him by name.
Studied various boilers and decided on a extreme 36. Absolutely brilliant boiler, whisper quiet, hot water flow is very impressive and heating 13 rads is no problem either. Very smart touch controls, just make time to study the operating guide and get to grips with the parameters this boiler has to offer in its control menu. top marks intergas.
Replaced a baxi with intergas boiler and we are more than impressed! It's quite and heats 10 radiators in minutes and loads of hot water. The bills have come down what more do you need.
Can't recommend them highly enough
The Baxi was nothing but trouble so looking forward to trouble free heating.
Had to replace a 26 year old Glow Worm Boiler and open vented cylinder system. I made up my mind to fit Intergas for its simpler design and quality build. I went for a top of the range Xtreme 30 for a small to medium size semi heating about 8 rads. I contacted an Intergas accredited installer in Leeds who gave me a great quote to install the boiler and convert my central heating to accept a combi boiler.
3 months later the boiler is brilliant. It is quiet in operation. The controls are easy to use should you need to. I paired it with a Nest Thermostat and it heats up the house nicely. Hot water is plentiful and a deep bath is run in a matter of 6-7 minutes. What's best though is that I now have a smart meter which hardly registers any usage when running baths etc.
I can't understand why anyone would buy a Worcester/Bosch or Viessmann when for the same money and less you can have a brilliant boiler with an extra efficient condenser on it that will pay for itself especially if you have a busy household with lots of use.
I have been installing Intergas boilers since 2015 and over 80 units later, I find these are the most reliable on the market and the HRE / Eco Rf being the quietest in the UK. I will keep on fitting these as nothing else comes close.
Great boiler!! Quiet and excellent flow rate. The boiler even comes with a 10 year parts and labour warranty which I doubt I will ever have to use as it only has 4 moving parts.
Best boiler we have had. Very quiet and so far it seems to be very economical
Engineer review- Extremely reliable and versatile boiler with good customer service and aftercare.
The most reliable and versatile boiler on the market. Reasonably priced.
Beat boilers on the market, built to last, solid and very quiet
Brilliant boilers from an engineers point of view.
Well made reliable boilers. Never claimed on a warranty. Good price.
Always extremely helpful and good turn around with orders, especially made parts.
Great company, always a friendly and helpful team to deal with and prompt delivery service. I have dealt with them for many years and would recommend them to anyone.
Fantastic to deal with. Always have been and still are.
