A wonderful stay in the heart of Studenec
We had such a fantastic time staying at this lovely house in Studenec. It’s right in the middle of the village, but with the spacious and peaceful garden, it felt like our own little retreat. We spent most of our time outside — having barbecues, relaxing in the sun, and making s’mores with the kids over the firepit. It was the perfect way to unwind.
The kids absolutely loved the playroom inside, which gave them their own space while we could enjoy some quiet time. The sauna was also a big favorite — such a great bonus! The house had everything we needed, and it really felt like a home away from home.
What we loved most was how quiet and authentic the area felt — no tourists, just a beautiful village surrounded by nature, with great spots to explore nearby.
Truly a place we’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!

The stay was absolutely top and the accommodation looked exactly like the photos. We received a very warm welcome, everything was tidy and clean. We even got local bread and food for the first day, which was such a thoughtful touch.
It’s a lovely accommodation – on our last evening, the host even personally prepared and brought us dinner. They are very caring and always easy to reach. We truly felt at home.

We booked an appartment on Booking.com which was posted by Interhome in Austria. Then 5 weeks before our holiday they just drop a message that the apartment is 'unfortunately' not available anymore. Since it is in middle of high season there were hardly any apartments left. Since we had to stay in that particular village because the rest of our family was staying there also we had to book the only remaining apartment ourselves: E700 more expensive (2100 vs 1400). Asked Interhome for compensation: radio silence.

So suggest not to do business with these kind of brokers. An agreement apparently means nothing to them.

A while ago we booked an appartment (in a chalet with 3) near Ischgl (during summer). We love the mountains, especially because we love the peace and quiet.
Upon arriving we noticed that they were renovating the appartment above us. All through our holiday there was so much noise and sometimes no electricity. The parking space wasn't available because construction workers parked there and they just laughed in our faces. I was truly disgusted by the reaction of both the owner and interhome. All we got was a lousy restaurant voucher. We saved up all year to have two weeks away from te busy city we live in. I would never recommend booking with Interhome.

I booked a luxury villa and with the price paid I was expecting a decent accommodation with relative comfort but the Villa was not ready to be rent and generate an unpleasant Vacation .

At the time of Booking we provvide the born date of two babies and only one baby bed and a baby chair was provvied with extra cost from my side .

As mention the villa was far a way to be consider rentable and here some example of the probblem which could help Interhome to fix current problems and provide a better customer experience .

1. At Arrival only one key was provvided limiting my family freedomn to move
2. The Garage door was not working and we have to wait 3 day to be repaired.
3. 10 doors/windows were broken and could not be closed ( internal and external ) . For 3 days we have had people try to fix the doors and windows but they said was not possible and the doors and windows still be broken . This situation has created serious safety concerm for my family with two babies . Also cretated disconfort on the vacaction as anyone can come in the house stole our propierty and even more concering is the threatining of our safety , especially the babies
This situation has impacted out privacy and we should have always someone in the house limiting our vacation and peace of mind for an expensive rental .
This is not accetable this why I expect a promt response and a refund

Here follow additional issue with the propierty which higjhligth the non rental readiness and poor maintemence and for sure do not justify the high cost paid for the rental.

Bedrooms issues :
• No blanket was provvided and one nigth was cold and we need to put extra clothes to sleep
• Curtain off the rails was not closing well
• Air condition was not working
• No mosquito nets
• The walls was full of dead mosqito with Blood on the walls

Bathroom and Toilettes ssues
• One Shower and the jacuzzi not working
• Broken toilet brush
• Broken towel rack
• Faucet was full of limetone and was sprays in all directions
• Two Toilets always runs water : one upstairs and one downstairs
• One bathroom was missing lamp and no toilet roll holder
• Some shutters not working
• Only one trash bin was availabel and was broken . After few days 4 bin was provvided
Garden
Let me say that the pool and the garden were nice and well mantained, This match our expactation however here the issues :
• In the veranda the floor and thefurniture was very dirty and we have to clean it before using
• The forniture in the brouwn veranda in the garden was so bad that we can’t use
• BBQ was rusty and we have to wait two days to get a new one
• All dirty sun loungers with dirty and the cushions have some black mold stains
• The Sun chairs in the garage were very dirty and after cleaning were usable but we have to clean it and take it upstairs ourrself
• The garden back door was rusty and closed and we did not have any key .

Kitchen and other facielities
• Broken coffee maker . We ask a new one and never received
• The Iron and iron-table were booth rusty . not usable
• No waste bin . we need to use only plastic bags for the rubbish .
• The sauna was not working
• The washing machine was dirty and we have to cleanint before use it
• The Garage smeel of mod and was very dirty
• The pool room was unhealty and very dirty

Overall the house was not ready to be rented and did not justify the name “Luxury Villa “ and the price associated too .

I hope you will understand my disappointment on the experience and as this was not a relax property I believe the price is too high and the feedback should hollow Interhome o provided the expected experience customer paid for .

in few word this property need to be delisted or do not pay more than 1000 Euro/week

Wonderful view vacation house.Very sweet,friendly and helpful hosts.We had a perfect holiday for a week and of october. Everything is available at home, hot water, wifi, combi everything works. House is very clean.Very special hiking trailsand delicious food.We recommend it to everyone. We will definitely go again.Thanks to the hosts Mauro and Luella for everything.Ciao

Nothing but positive words about our stay at Swisspeak resorts Meiringen! The accommodation is very comfortable, super-clean and well facilitated.
The place is ideally located and the staff is very helpful. By accident I booked two parking spots instead of one. My own stupid mistake, but the staff arranged a refund. The service was excellent.

Lovely place, charming, tasteful, excellent location. A bit tiny in size and basic in terms of kitchen aids.

De reserveringsprocedure verliep heel vlot en transparant. De online help service was correct en to the point. Alles verliep heel transparant.

Made a few reservations with this company during the last years. Always perfect, by phone or at a desk at the location.
Perfect service, apartments always clean, people that do what they say.
