I've been using an account more then 10 years!!! At last i decided to pay for one year - Premium Account - for service will stop to make from my post a garbage with 5-10 advertisements daily - they really forced to it!!! Evry year it was becaming more and more. So one year i used normally. Later i was in hospital and round 2 months didnt use my post. Later i came back to work and ..... My account was deleted!!!!!!! With all necessary letters!!! And no possibility to refresh it somehow!!! The question is WHY? Because i didnt pay for next year!!! What a silly answer and rules! And they give for it just 40 days, which werent enough for me to learn about it - i was still in hospital! So they could temporrary close it or froze - whatever!!! But not to DELETE, comon!!! Its horrible! I was begging to help me, but they said - NO, its not our bussiness anymore. I asked why they simply didnt change it automaticly to Normal, not Premium account??? They explained, that without of my decision - they cant do it, but they can Delete :) Why they "seems" need my decision? - coz they forced new rules about personal privacy in Poland - which i didnt know before and they also didnt send me any Note about it , that there are some changes. Sounds so "funny" and zero respect!!! Awful service!!!
