Hard and cheap feeling cushions
The waiting period was 18 weeks. The couch itself looks OK but the back and arm cushions are very cheap. They resemble something you would get from IKEA. The cushions you sit on are hard like a rock. The only reason I didn't give one Star is because at least they do respond when I send emails. They asked me to keep the couches (yes I ordered two!) for one month, continually sitting on them for the cushions to soften up. I'm assuming that if I have to replace them, it will be another 18 weeks. I will not be ordering from them again.

Love my couch
Love my couch! The quality is great (I’ve only had it for a couple weeks so far) and the color matched my swatch perfectly. It took a long time to be built and arrive, but I’m so happy I ordered and waited for this berry beauty!

A Decent Furniture Company
Vendors are great, as are the website, furniture designs and prices. However sometimes items are not properly finished or arrive damaged. Customer response is great though, and they stand behind their products.

Skylar Sofa is Casual Comfort
Very happy with our Skylar Sofa. We chose the Performance Classic weave in Cove and the down alternative. The sofa is so comfortable and the fabric has a nice casual vibe. The Cove color is a soft, neutral blue. Have already tested the Performance fabric and so far all the stains have come out using Folex fabric cleaner. Only reason I did not give a 5-star rating was the shipping took longer than expected.

Love the Sadie Recliner!
I love a recliner, but so many of them are just visually hideous. The SADIE is perfect. I like velvet and chenille and the Berry Vintage Velvet is a perfect blend - it is so cozy. It's shape, fabric and color is gorgeous compliment to an existing green velvet Crate & Barrel sofa. It sits comfortably, reclines great and yes, it naps well! The Jude looks wider, but it's all in the back cushion and not the seat; I wanted the clean lines and slightly wider seat. Customer service through email was great (we had an unexpected move and had to update). They are not kidding though when they say 8-12 weeks on delivery. We were at 12 weeks.

Absolutely outstanding customer…
Absolutely outstanding customer service. BUT, they delivered the WRONG sofas, so the factory that they work with is definitely not awesome. The Interior Define staff checked and the correct order was sent to the factory, but they made and delivered the wrong color sofas. The staff were very responsive in facilitating the return process and did give us a discount if we end up ordering the sofas again. Hard part for us is that we timed our order so that the delivery truck could get to our place in early Fall since our road is closed to big trucks d/t snow Nov-May...Won't be able to deliver a new sofa until May 2026. Customer service is 5 star. Just gave 4 since the product was wrong!

Lead time is 6-8 weeks
The individuals that helped were great. The fact you can order samples up to 5 for free was a great help. I was notified every step of the way from the ordering to the shipping to delivery. The delivery was the best, done during a heavy rainstorm, they were mindful of my property and the sofa, they unboxed set up exactly where I had ready.
I am extremely happy with my purchase!!

Not worth the wait
Ordered a custom, upholstered dining bench at the beginning of July. It took 3 months for it to be made and received in the US. Another few weeks for a delivery date to be set. The "order status" was never accurate, nor was it updated timely.
This is a vacation home and we do not live there full time. They only deliver to my area once per month and the first date given was not possible for my schedule. The date/day is not the same each month. I had to pay someone to meet them at the home to accept delivery or push the delivery out another month to November.
The bench is nice, but it wasn't worth the almost 4 month wait or the inconvenience of only 1 delivery option per month.
