I was sent the wrong items

I was sent the wrong items. The bulbs they sent did not match the specs listed on the site. The color is wrong. I let them know of their error and they informed me they ran out of what I ordered and sent me something similar and now it’s my problem. They apparently think it’s okay to send whatever they want despite it not being what I ordered. They are not refunding me. They are not interested in fixing the situation.

We do offer replacements, and our current replacement bulbs are 2700K. I understand that this does not meet your needs.
As mentioned in my earlier message today, we have processed a refund for your order, and our accounting team has already completed that transaction. We also noted that you’re welcome to donate the bulbs if you have no use for them.
