International Checkout 

Dr Martens online store offered international shipping through this company. Even though the items I ordered arrived without issues, a few days later I received a message from my credit card company alerting me of what seemed to be very strange purchase attempts on different websites in some european countries.

Warning, do not trust internationalcheckout.com with your credit card!

I was looking for a headphone.I searched online and found one, which suits to my needs. However, the product was sold by Rockit, which is based in USA. They provide international shipping via InternationalCheckout. Even though the reviews about InternationalCheckout are all bad in review website, I wanted to give a try since Rockit integrated their shipping method to their website. I ordered the product with really high shipping cost and waited for the arrival of my headphones. 9 days after my purchase they updated my order status and told me that they talked with Rockit and will receive the headphone soon. However I have waited additional 14 days to have a status update. In this period all they have said to me was they are in contact with Rokit and it is on the way. Since I have lived in USA for 2-3 years I know that domestic shipping is incredibly fast. One days I opened a ticket to ask for status and they replied me with someone elses name like "Keng Lee." ( my name is different ). I suspected and thought something is wrong. I contacted with Rokit and ask them for resolution. They told me that they must have received in 9 days and send me Fedex tracking code. I started to think that they are fraud. If they have received why they wouldn't ship to me and give wrong information.
If I hadn't contacted with Rokit, they wouldn't have realized that the package was lost.
CS Manager of InternationalCheckout sent me and email and told me that my headphone are lost and they are really sorry and gave me two options: refund or re-order.
I asked them to re-order but ship with high-priority shipping for free. I asked this because I have waited for product for 1 month and I don't want to wait for another 1 month. It was a change that I have given to redeem themselves.
However, they just said that they cannot give free high-priority shipping and refund all the money back.

From all my experience I can say that it was the most disappointing shopping experience that I have ever had. Beware from this company. Also, to their partners they are frivolous company. Don't be partners with them.

In addition to all of this, please check below the comments. There are a lot of fake reviews which tries to cover bad reviews.

Awful Service and Fraud.

I bought the item on 3th November, after read the reviews on the site, I’m confident my item should be arrived on 10 or 15 days.

Then used standard delivery USD 37 (NO cheap) and on the notes area write: Please be ensuring the item must be arriving on or before 21th November. (18 days) plenty time…

I placed the order via International Checkout and paid with American Express.

On 10th November International Checkout send me an e-mail inform the item arrive to the warehouse shortly.

That same day American Express inform my card has been hacked, from the area US – California.

14Th November International Checkout still not releases my order, and expect in 1 – 2days.

15th November they dispatch my order via DHL … after 13 days I been ordered.

Today is 18 days order the item and still is not with me.

The owner of Retro Planet contacted with me and offer refund if my order is late, I hope receive some compensation.

Retro Planet say they Feedback or customer review are genuine, I choose Retro Planet because whole reviews say about the fast delivery, Unfortunately not for me, or maybe wait more than 18 days is fast delivery? , I leave a note, PLEASE need on or before 21st. But they not matter.

International Checkout have awful customer service, they replied automatic, and not care what happen. Inclusive hacked Credit Card.

We forward all information about my purchase of Retro Planet and International Checkout about this fraud with my credit card, and they investigate why many customers of EUROPE their cards is hacked after use International Checkout,

There is another forum: ComplaintsBoard.com where appear the real customers Reviews.

After that, my experience is never ever trust on customer reviews of the page where you get the item; they only put the good ones. Blog, forums or pages as complaintBoards are the real experiences of customers.

Sure International checkout say, we not take responsibility about delays on customs or courier, unfortunately for International Checkout, DHL no have delays but International Checkout and Retro Planet took 13 days to decide dispatch my item
