Best service around
We signed up for internetty just over a year ago and we have never been more happy with a service. We didn’t have it in our street to start with but Toni in customer service kept us informed every step of the way. We have never had an unexpected cut off either. During the summer with the heat wave their team sat cooling connection units down so we could have service. Now if that’s not outstanding customer service I don’t know what is. They’re always at the end of a call if there is a problem and everyone is so helpfully

Customer service beyond expected standard
We had a recent power cut that affected the cabinet that served our property. Instead of waiting for the grid to repair fault, internetty set up the stby generator so as to have Internet services returned to their customers ASAP.
Their communication and help was second to non. What a great company.

Best internet provider with Super Fast Full Fibre!!
Since day 1 InternetTY has been an excellent internet provider. Their 5* customer service team is so lovely and helpful and they will keep you updated of every step they're taking. Gave them a date for the move and they have listened to all my requests.
The engineers installing the service have been first class and took onboard my concerns regarding my home office.
The speed is ridiculously fast and seems very reliable, the connection is far better than what we had before.
Can't fault InternetTY Fibre at all.

Installed on time
Installed on time, great team kept me informed all the way through the process. Speed is as quoted. I went for 1gig and it is that up and down. Price is well below the big players too. Not sure what more you could ask for. Cheers Internetty 👍👏👏

This is the best thing since sliced bread. No kidding, this local team of Internet Providers installed super fast cable to my property within 24 hours of placing the order. Probably the worst internet provider I have ever had. Continuous disruptions to service which are blamed on 'a wider outage', whilst everyone around us still has access to the internet who is not with Internetty....
