No complaints

This isn't a company that will bore you; every day is different, every task is varied. If you are keen, optimistic and eager to make a difference then the opportunities for growth - both personally and professionally - are here at Intouch. Built from a very humble beginning this company has grown and moved with it's market, it keeps up with the competition and is thriving despite very tight governance from the regulatory bodies. As with all things, it's impossible to please everybody, however what Intouch offers it's employees is very good and a lot more than other companies. The office spaces are well designed, modern and really fun to work in, the benefits packages are well thought out and, pre-covid, the social side of work was a hoot! Who doesn't enjoy a monthly beers and pizza session with the added bonus of only having to walk a few steps from your desk!?

I just want my last pay cheque of £2000, please.

I worked at Intouch Games in 2015. I was fired without warning or good reason when i was ordered to do a totally different job that I was not skilled or experienced in - (Im not a game coder). I was never paid my last wage of over £2000 (plus holiday pay) & was told to leave within 5 minutes of being sacked. I was threatened with legal action for posting a drawing on social media as my profile icon. The contract restricted me from working in another similar gaming industry for up to 12 months after being sacked without pay or warning. Many other ex staff members were treated in this disgusting, evil way. The owner has contempt for the customers & staff he fires. I have no idea why he has to be so cruel but thats how Intouch work.

Dont be a victim - just avoid this firm - dont play their games or work for them.

Do not use this company’s products scam

This company has many online gaming businesses attached to its portfolio. The main company being MFortune.
If you use this companies products which includes MFortune and mrsspin be very very wary. I played at MFortune for about 2 months without any problems. Played their games which were enjoyable and didn’t have any luck. Then when customers win it’s practically impossible to get your winnings, they do everything in their power to prevent withdrawal. I requested a modest withdrawal and then the problems start, dispite sending driving license, passport, utility bill, proof of paid phone bill this is not enough, now they are requesting I wait until my next phone bill is paid and send them confirmation that has been paid and now they require bank statements also!! So to be perfectly clear you can deposit and play on this companies sites easily without any checks whatsoever, as soon as you request a withdrawal then it’s like a military operation all designed to withhold payment for as long as possible. So for me despite sending every piece of information They require will mean a wait if 6 weeks to get my winnings and that’s if there aren’t 10 more hoops to jump through. The practices are immoral, the customer service they provide is shocking. I have contacted the gambling commission regarding this scam and they suggest they are boardering breaching their gambling license and have asked me to send them the information I have. If any customer reads this review and are in a similar position with any company Owend by in touch games send your complaints to the gambling commission email On their website, more the better, they will then be investigated for breach of their gambling license. I have also contacted ibas, trading standards and watchdog, I would urge everyone to do the same to.
