Easy to set-up subscription, easy to fit (literally 5 mins) Is a little pricey but you get filtered instant hot and filtered cold drinking Had our tap for a year and it’s been brilliant. Wouldn’t want to go back to kettle ever again So handy having near boiling water on tap, not just for making tea and coffee, but for cooking, instant cleaning, warming a coffee cup, soaking noodles etc etc

We really love the product — excellent quality and very effective. However, our subscription has twice been cancelled via PayPal without any reminders or communication. It would be great if there were clearer notifications for payment issues, upcoming renewals, or changes to filters. Improving this would make an already great product even better and much easier to manage.

Hi Keith, thanks for the review and you are happy with the Deluxe Pro Filter. The new filter is now recyclable.
Excellent service, we are in a hard water area and change our filter every 4 months. This provides filtered cold water and the near boiling water. The subscription makes the filters slightly cheaper so why not take advantage of it? I wouldn’t say the hot water tap is cheaper than a kettle but so efficient, quick and easy.
