The subscription for the filter replace is good value for money. You don't need to remind yourself when to order the replacement filter, which can potentially invalid the guarantee. Replacing and fitting the new filter is very easy, thanks to the way it's been designed. Overall very good value for money and you can cancel your subscription at anytime.

Seems to be of very high quality, very robust and it looks very easy to swap the cartridge, (unlike our fridge/freezer).

HI Colin, Yes to change the filter, turn off the isolator valve on the pipe next to the filter. I like to open the boiling or filtered water on the tap to releive any pressure, then untist the cartridge like a lightbulb to remove. Revers for reinstallation. We are still using the first canister but upto now everything is great had a delivery of one and the service was good

Filter seems good, I have some issues resetting the tank when the filter has been changed. Customer service just ignore communication and offer no help

HI Darren, very sorry you couldn't get hold of us. To reset the filter gauge on the tank hold in the blue temperature down button for 5 seconds, you will get a long beep. Regards David

A very good, value for money product. Easy to install, I did it myself and easy to operate. Boiling water, domestic ot and cold water, and filtered cold water. All at the turn of tge tap or a press of the button.
