Dealing with this company has been extremely frustrating. They seem very unorganised, the team don't seem to communicate to each other so you have to repeat yourself many times, then you're lucky if you get a decent response. A couple of times I contacted management directly and just got a response of "this person is on annual leave" but no one seems to have had the common sense to do a handover or have any client care. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion, and sadly, this dealing with the senior level of the team, not just the juniors. The owners don't seem to have any care for their reputation unfortunately. I would advise going elsewhere.

Highly disappointed with the communication from this inventory company. I have sent multiple emails and messages regarding services, but unfortunately, they have repeatedly gone unanswered. Despite trying to reach out to several different staff members (including management) within the team to resolve the matter, there has been a consistent lack of response and follow-up. Reliable communication is essential for inventory coordination, and the ongoing silence from the team has made it incredibly difficult to get the support needed. I would not recommend working with them due to a massive lack in professionalism and ability to communicate, sadly.
