Oh my goodness! What a team! From start to finish our removal for moving house could not have been handled any better than it was from the “ A Team” of McCroreys Removals Inverclyde. I really can’t rate these guys high enough. They really made our move a pleasure rather than dreading it, as we were. They turned up on time, cheery and told us not to worry about anything that they were here to help and help they did. When our sofa was not fitting up our tight staircase inside our new house , it wasn’t a problem. They used strapping and good old fashioned experience and expertise, working together and took it up the outside of our townhouse and brought it in through our balcony window. I was feeling quite unwell at the thought of our move but these guys could not have been more helpful and accommodating to help us. My stress levels dropped right away when I saw how they were handling things swiftly and efficiently while offering reassurance and chat as they worked. What a relief , worth every penny. John, Caroline and their team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We simply cannot recommend them highly enough! We were under time pressure and they stepped in at short notice and organised everything for our house move with such efficiency. They are very knowledgeable and delivered exemplary service at all times. All of the team were caring and unfailingly cheerful and professional - even in some pretty grim weather at the end of January! Nothing was too much trouble. They made it as easy as possible for us even helping me to remove curtains and carry our bags before leaving the house. They organised the storage facility for us explaining everything in advance and really they could not have been more helpful in any way. We are very grateful.

I am indebted to the McCrorey team for completing my removal to my new home. From packing everything carefully to completing the removal in time for me to settle in late that evening, I can only praise them for the cheerful and excellent service provided. John and his team have just move me into my new house. They were very professional friendly and nothing was too much hassel for them. I would recommend them to anyone that was moving.

We met John McCrorey back in July 2020 and he did a move for us in September of the same year, he has been instrumental in our move from England to Scotland and helped us with some furniture storage near Glasgow.
John and his special team have looked after everything that we have involved them in, and when we finally found our forever home, we turned once again to John for assistance.
John McCrorey and his team picked up our stored furniture and personal effects without us even being present, they are completely trustworthy and handle everything so professionally that it takes all the stress out of any move, John communicates every inch of the way, and is punctual at all stages.
There is such a passion and attention to detail that we can easily understand why he has so many good reviews.
We may decide not to move again (never say never) but we will certainly be singing the praises of John and his team to anyone who needs a professional, very helpful, removals firm to assist them in moving home.

Superb friendly service from start to finish. Nothing was too much of a problem for John and his team. Punctual, efficient, courteous and treated our possessions like they were their own. Cannot recommend McCrorey's highly enough. The only downside of using them to move in to our forever home, is that we no longer have need for their services. We will however suggest and recommend them to everyone we can

They damaged my tv and don't want to admit that. Swapped their stories 3 times already saying that they took photos of my tv yet i haven't seen them yet. Advice:take videos of your electricals in full working order.
So let's explain the situation:
There were 2 Tvs:one in the living room a samsung that was placed on the tv stand and one in the bedroom (Sony)which was wall mounted. When the 2 members of staff took the first one i advised them to be very cautious as the Samsung are plastic made and when i bought that Tv from Very it came with a damage as the screen came off the bezel. I sent it back and got the current one which now I have. I had both samsungs in my house(the damaged one and the current one)until Arrow XL came and picked the damaged one and sent back to Very and got also a refund for it. (Not that it is any of your business). You misconstrude what I said in your advantage saying that the Very let me keep the damaged Tv (what a laugh as who lets you keep damaged goods) so you have the chance to say that at the arrival there was a damaged tv in the house. I have videos with both tv in full working order. IF the Tv was already broken and you seen it where are the photos?
You also hid the damage by placing my daughters little Tv right in front of the big one so I don't see it. Of course i was happy with the removal as I placed my trust in you and wrote that good review before I seen the £600 damage that you've done.
Before you left the house with
I have a recording of John Mcgregory stating that there were photos of the goods before they were moved as he seen a mark at the bezel of the tv and took a photo of it. If he has the photos these would prove that the tv was undamaged,yet I haven't seen the photos. Why don't you stick to a story rather than blaming my large doberman and my girl that weren't even in that room as your staff was so scared of the dog.
The removalists came back into my house on monday morning and to be honest as a single lady in the house I felt intimidated as they weren't even letting me speak.(i have the recording)
You shift your story from there was a damaged tv in the house, to the noise that my dog made in a house that is empty and echoes everything as at the time upstairs wasnt any flooring only in the room that yoy sat the Tv.
You're an absolute joke and the housing asociation that have done the investigation only by asking the guilty party and dobe a one side investigation is also a joke. I will not take this review down as you can't censorship me like you probably done with other people. I will also get in touch with trustpilot and show them every piece of evidence that I have.

Excellent service by John tony and Martin really helpful and even advised us on placement for furniture excellent service throughout from start to finish even fitted our washing machine very quick at job and took extra care as new carpets fitted and decorating done ✅✅ would highly recommend if could give 10 stars I would absolutely faultless service thanks John tony and Martin

John and the team were absolutely amazing and couldn't have made the move any smoother or painless. John has moved quite a few of our family and has been excellent everytime. We will definitely be coming back for our next move.

What a great service. Big move, two vehicles over two days and very competitive price. Everything wrapped to protect items, care taken with everything and nothing too much trouble. Not only highly professional but a great crew, it was actually quite an enjoyable two days. Second day, moving in day, found us in every weather condition, from sun(briefly) to snow and no item was affected by the weather. Cannot recommend highly enough. The ladies in the office were lovely also. Thank you all.

Excellent communication and customer service from first enquiry to the last item unloaded. The guys on the day were terrific even with the terrible weather. Courteous and no problem attitude from them all. Would highly recommend and have no hesitation to book John and his crew again.

From Dunoon via ferry to storage and from storage to Galloway a smooth,professional seamless service. Team were polite and courteous at all times. They went the “ extra mile” when snow meant the lorry could not reach the dwelling,they simply carried everything over the snow to the house.

This is my third move with this firm. Moved back from the Midlands to Inverclyde this time. Everything was done so professionally and efficiently. The team went the extra mile to ensure as little stress as possible. Turn in to my block of flats was very tight, but done with great care. A neighbour commented how well the job was done and for the oldies - was a friend of Maxwell Removers. She said he would have been very impressed. Would have no hesitation recommending this firm.
