Unfortunately I can't write a positive review for this. This company took the rent money from the tenant and until today, 4 months later. The company and the real estate agent jayney Selva have since disappeared and are unreachable. I have lodged a complaint at the relevant authorities in Dubai to get the people who run this company travel banned but I'm afraid the money is gone for good.

Easy move in procedures

This company is a scam. The owner has 3 different companies and good luck finding there actual location.
The agent isn’t helpful if something is wrong in the house, broken appliances, etc. They don’t return your deposit and stop responding to you when you try to contact them about it. Even after they have said you’ll be reviving your deposit back.
Don’t ever rent from this company.

I don’t usually write reviews but if I could rate my overall experience 6 stars I would! Cannot recommend this service enough; fast communication, friendliest service, and I was shown so many properties! All my needs were catered to and I would be definitely recommending it to everyone in need :)

For personal reasons I had to move out of London last minute in June and I thought this would be a big problem as I had 4 months left of my tenancy that I signed for! However the people at Investalet were sympathetic to my situation and allowed me to end my contract early! I am so grateful for this and it made the situation I was in much easier to deal with. I received my deposit back within the week. 10/10 for the service I received! :)

Looking for a room to rent out in London never felt easier! I thought the move to London would have been much harder that what it was thanks to this company!! I was shown around 3 properties in the same day which was amazing and i appreciate the time they took to show me each one and reply to any of my questions. I am an international student who came to London for my postgraduate degree. Being new to the city I was not sure where to look in regards to where to live however I was recommended this company by my friend who already lives here. Without a doubt, Investalet did not disappoint. I was able to secure the property this month just in time to explore London for the summer before starting in September. The managing director matched my requirements of wanting to be near to my university to avoid public transport during COVID-19 which was very helpful during this time. The process was very smooth and I highly recommend this company for any new students moving to London!
