I had an issue with my front wheel

I had an issue with my front wheel, drove to the shop on the off chance it could get sorted. With it being so close to Christmas, I wasn't so hopeful but was greeted by a lovely staff member who was more than happy to help and got it sorted then and there.

I first purchased something from Invictus a few years ago. I had to phone to place the order as I was interested in setting up a finance repayment plan. They were super helpful and set me up with a great plan to suit my needs.

I bought a chair Icon 60 and off-road…

I bought a chair Icon 60 and off-road pack from Invictus Active around 6 months ago now. Although one of the wheels arrived with light damage they sent a replacement with little fuss. Their customer care is brilliant just call or email and they gat back to you very quickly 100% a great company to use

Really great company with great…

Really great company with great customer service, have gotten several things from them over the years. Their FreeWheel (for UK) try before you commit was a huge factor in me deciding to get one, and their FreeWheel bag (unique!) really worked well on multiple plane flights!

I bought my Icon 60 wheelchair and universal footplate through Invictus active. They where very helpful whenever I called with questions and delivery was pretty fast. The split payment option also made buying the chair much more manageable

Great communication

Invictus respond to enquiries and give great advice on making sure you have the right parts or equipment before you finalise your order. Excellent company to deal with. Very happy with my Track Wheel and off road wheels. Really useful as I live in a rural county!

such a lovely company with great customer service and they’ve always been very helpful on the phone and via email

They have great deals where you buy a chair and get free off-road wheels which would’ve been so helpful with my front power assist!
