Fantastic customer service from enquiry to delivery. I was kept up to date throughout the entire ordering process. Big shout out to Scott for arranging a home demo, and Danielle as my first line of support for my order, and not forgetting the rest of the team working hard behind the scenes. I would highly recommend Invictus Active, you’re always in good hands!!

There are so many amazing products to help wheelchair users. I got the active trainer wheelchair treadmill and it is a game changer. i was obsessed with treadmills before I was disabled and thought I would never use one again but now not only can I but I now I own one. they have other products I plan to get. The customer service is great and you don't need to wait long for a reply and they are more than happy to help.

Great pre-sales service from Scott but trying to get issues with the purchased equipment addressed gets no results.
I approached Invictus to apply for wheelchair equipment through the access to work scheme and received excellent information, a full assessment and comprehensive explanation of the equipment chosen to meet my needs, the process was comprehensive and at this point I would have had no reservations about recommending Invictus Active.

It took a long time for the equipment to be ordered and to arrive but my meeting with Kenzy to collect the equipment was straight forward, minor adjustments made and I still would have recommended them.

But once I left with my equipment follow up was sadly lacking and emailing to request an appointment to address issues with the equipment were answered with a promise to book me in but despite following up by email and phone I was not able to get the issues addressed as no one booked me in.

The keys for the equipment were lost almost immediately as they were pre-packed in a bag for me but fell out while the equipment was being transferred to my vehicle and were not present when we got the equipment home to test it out, I have been unable to order replacements due to not being able to arrange a maintenance/follow up appointment.

The headlight on my tri-ride does not work despite it being brand new, it has never worked and no one at Invictus has responded to requests to address this.

Emails requesting an appointment are responded to in a timely manner but only to acknowledge the request and promise a follow up, no follow up is made and no appointment booked.

I would like some sand tyres for my wheelchair and plan to purchse these from an alternative dealer who has promised to also address the ongoing issues with my triride, I would recommend Invictus Active for the pre-sales only, once they have your money and have provided the equipment I cannot in good conscience recommend their service.

I’m so happy with my experience with invictus active! I worked with Zoe and she assisted me with getting a new active wheelchair to suit my needs better, she replied to my emails quickly and was absolutely lovely. Helped me find my perfect chair. Thank you Zoe!

I had an enjoyable experience with Invictus Active. I was looking for a power assist attachment for my wheelchair but didn’t have any knowledge of what would be suitable for me. I stumbled upon the Invictus Active website and spoke to Danielle who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She advised to me to consider the Eco Assist which was more within my budget. I had a demo with David and found the attachment to be perfectly suitable for me. The admin, logistics, setting up the product etc was done in a quick and efficient manner thanks to the staff. I had received the attachment within a few weeks and have loved how easy and comfortable it is to use. I highly recommend Invictus Active to anyone looking for an attachment or equipment for their wheelchair, they were very helpful, knowedgeable, understanding and efficient. I am very happy with my purchase.

I am a wheelchair user and recently ordered a "Freewheel" with Invictus Active because this was the best value I could find. I received an e-mail a few hours later with an attachment suggesting I watch the u-tube video which compare the item I ordered(and have used for many years) with an upgraded version at no extra cost. The video presenter recommended the upgrade and I agreed with this assessment and ordered the newer version.
I received this and was very impressed with the upgraded version but most of all with the customer service from Zoe at Invictus Active. I was not just blindly sold an item but my needs as a customer were considered, I was encouraged to make an informed decision and the team clearly care about the customer. I will definitely use this company again and thank them for the caring and thoughtful service they provide.

The service from Invictus Active truly is great. I ordered a new chair and was advised on whether to change size from my old one or not. I'm delighted with the fit and the service where I was kept informed every step of the way. It's not my first purchase from Scott and his team and it definitely won't be my last. Use them with confidence!

I purchased a used titanium quickie from the mid 00’s, and while the ti frame held up great, the foot hanger was really banged up. Unfortunately, no dealer still stocks the required factory parts to replace the two tubes and footplate clamp. After tons of digging (and even considering buying kit to bend aluminum myself), I found Invictus selling a new hanger kit, that I can cut myself. I purchased straight away, and they were quick to contact me to ensure that it would fit my frame (verticality of down stems, diameter of tubing). There are two downsides; one is that it only comes in black powder coat (wouldn’t mind raw metal), and shipping was a bit of a tough pill to swallow. First is understandable because I’m sure this doesn’t sell in volume. Second I blame on UK and its bonkers VAT and lack of trade agreements. Overall, really glad someone is out there, selling exactly what I need for my build.

I’ve ordered several products from Invictus, all of which have been great quality.
Throughout the ordering process they have been on hand to answer questions and guide me to ensure I purchased the product that best suited my needs.
Post sale they have helped with queries and spare parts, even if it’s meant directing me to other suppliers.
Their knowledge and support cannot be surpassed. They are a fantastic company with great customer care.

The standard wheels that come with a wheelchair are very thin and as such very difficult to safely use in any offroad environment.
We were going on holiday and wanted to take our little girl in her chair offroad, so I reached out to Invictus Active for their offroad wheels.
Not only did they manage to send me the wheels in double quick time, they also helped out with spindles and extras to ensure that we had the best holiday ever.

I bought a wheelchair and a freewheel for my wife who has a multiple sclerosis.
It was a game changer while traveling in indonesia through the jungle or in rough terrain

I purchased a SmartDrive MX2+ recently and the service from Invictus Active was fantastic. I have a fully bespoke chair so the measurements aren’t ‘standard’ - they worked with me to make sure they had everything required to get the right bracket etc. If I need any more equipment I will always look to them first.
