Absolutely perfect

Been using for 3+ years now and I absolutely love the software. It is very intuitive, smartly made and it offers a high level of customization which is one of my favorite parts. Also the support team is always very responsive and helpful, which is my other favorite part. Pricing is very fair. I can only recommend. Good job to the people behind it!!!

The horrible customer service

The horrible customer service. They forced me to migrate to the new system, refused to answer the questions I had about the migration, made fun of me and were incredible rude via email and after migrating when my account was not recognized by the new system they refused to help me.
I am a paying customer and am now not able to send out invoices for any of my businesses and their customer service refuses to help. They also regularly don’t read the emails correctly, send answers (if they answer) that do not make sense, don’t address the issue that you are having and are in general rude and unhelpful.

customer service can be improved

I've been a paying customer of Invoice Ninja for over 5 years now. While the app is really good (not great), their Customer Support is for the most part bordering on absurd.

For example, I had/have an issue where in the invoices, HTML code was/is displayed. Their response was "it's OK because it isn't displayed in the PDF file." I contacted the president/CEO, his response was that basically that I'll just have to wait until we fix it in a future update. I contacted them 6 -12 months later inquiring about the fix, and they said they aren't going to fix it because it's not an issue.

I recently contacted again them recently because active vendors are not being displayed in the dropdown list when creating an expense, they have replied with basic 1-step instructions multiple times, as if I am a new customer who has no idea how to use the app. They have ignored my emails. I've sent them screen and video captures, and still nothing. This is the third day and I am still unable to create expenses for the appropriate vendors. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Mind you, I am an Enterprise-tier customer. I am now searching for an alternative service provider.

Update: October 2nd, 2023: Increased the rating from 2 to 4 stars, because even though the customer service can be improved, their app is still the best.

Great billing website application; easy to use & customize. I haven't tried yet their APIs.
