If i do not get the cancelation I will take legal action
Dear Sirs,
I am very upset, Yesterday I tried to book the flight from palma de mallorca to nurnberg twice yesterday and bedtime I clicked to book after imputing my credit card details a blank screen came up, saying the payment may have not gone though.NNOTHING AFTER THAT... NOT AN E-AIL, NOT A CONFIRMATION NUMBER, NOTHING..Today I called your over the phone and not reply....
Today I made a booking through another web site and only MORE THAN 24 HOURS LATER.,I GET AN E-MAIL FROM YOU CONFIRMING THE BOOKING.
Please cancel your booking IMMEDIATELY or I will take the necessary legal steps (I am a lawyer, German citizen).
This is not Ok, this is not a proper business behavior.

Even if I have booked an Air Berlin flight on Edreams website, neither Edreams nor Air Berlin send me the correct booking number for the web checkin. Asked to Involatus and they send me immediately the correct code. Thaaaaanks !
