I do find that the recycled wool fabric of one of my coats in a handsome red is pilling a bit, but not extensively.
I give only 4 stars because I sent some questions via the contact form and 3 weeks later I still have no reply. I don't think the customer service is active.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with InWear. I placed an order that never arrived, and despite contacting their customer service several times, I was told that it was my responsibility because the package was left at a so-called “safe place” by DHL.
As a paying customer, I expect a company of this size to take responsibility for ensuring that goods are actually delivered into my hands – not simply abandoned at an insecure location. Instead of helping me, they kept repeating that it was not their problem and refused any kind of refund, replacement, or goodwill gesture.
This attitude shows a complete lack of accountability and zero care for customer satisfaction. I will never order from InWear again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

Returns from EU are like rocket science. Nothing has improved since a similar review was left in 2019. Will not use gain
Purchased a beautiful Petra made in Italy mohair sweater. The quality is fantastic thick and warm. I thought I would purchase the Jetra mohair sweater thinking this would be the same quality as my Petra. Oh no! Thin loose knit not thick and warm and certainly not made in Italy, it’s now made in China hence the quality which has gone downhill. I won’t be purchasing further sweaters unless you start making them in Italy again, the Chinese quality is awful. As usual you’ve gone for cheapness over quality but charging the same money as if they were Italian made!
Extremely poor quality. Bought a swimsuit (from the swedish site) which got pilling after first use and the customer service was useless - not the least serviceminded. Thought I would be buying a quality item but instead I got an one-time-use-item. Unacceptable for something that they priced for around 100 euro /1000 kr.
Also, expensive returns and got charged twice though I only used one return label.
The worst part was however the horrible customer service - never have I talked to a more unempathetic and harsh customer service (if you can even call it customer service).
Wont be buying from Inwear again and I don’t recommend anyone to do so either. Especially if you live in Sweden.
I bought an INWEAR JaxyIW Turtleneck marine blue voor 179,95 100 % wool. After thew first time wearing it, the wool already started to pill in an ugly way.

Christmas gift lost at Schenker terminal (absolutely, it can happen) but as a company not even offering a new robe or in any way offering any kind of compensation is perhaps the most worthless thing in history? To say ''sorry'' and blame it on Schenker then think it's okay is honestly one big joke. That I will never shop there again is something I can take poison on. It doesn't matter to them that I didn't get my robe, but it matters to me. You who read comments, congratulations. I honestly didn't think a customer service could be as lousy as this. Ugh I'm just saying.
Poor customer service
Item sizing was not as described/ not consistent - returns process is very difficult and item has been stuck in Polish customs for over a week. Customer service are not helpful.
Have bought from InWear since early 1990’s, they had a warehouse in Wandsworth & supplied Sw London boutiques. Now they couldn’t care less about U.K. customers: CS today said couldn’t advise about taxes since Brexit (untrue, taxes are transparent & free under £135), but suggested I use resellers in U.K. but didn’t have a list! I happen to know they don’t stock much of the range, hence I bought online !!! Shame I used to love this company - someone needs to sort this out! Rigby & Pellerv;ex U.K.) now in Belgium , post Brexit worked like a dream !
I’m in EU and Website advertises on Google as ‘fast delivery and easy returns ‘ but its not fast and returns are anything but ‘easy’ . The returns address is not on any documentation that comes with the clothes and it’s not straight forward to locate on the website either , so much so that I emailed their customer services email on the website but it bounced back so I had to ring them . If buying in EU you have to return to Poland at your own expense so very expensive to return if you want to insure , track and trace (ie use registered post ). So a parcel of 3 tops (of which I bought two sizes for two tops ) so 5 light tops will cost approx €45 to return . There’s nothing ‘Easy ‘ about that and I won’t be buying from inwear again on that basis .
I'm very disappointed for the quality of the pants "InWear, Venche Slim Bukser, Black Sort". They definitely don't deserve 600 DKK(I bought them for offer 279, but stil...). After first wash they got many small "grey nuts".
