Awful customer service

Awful customer service, rude and arrogant on the phone, enquiring about opening trade account which the website advertises for Ecommerce retailers, only for them repeatedly to say 'we dont do drop shipping' despite the fact i hadn't mentioned drop shipping once, I pointed out that i had not once mentioned drop shipping which is not the service we were interested in, to which i was met with a F**** off and the phone being put down, unbelievable never in all my years of dealing with people have i ever spoke to somebody as rude, arrogant and stuck up as that, we were actually looking to buy 2 to 3 containers of rattan for 2 new stores we are opening, needless to say they would not get the business now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
