Not in good condition and offered me a third of the original offer I was disgusted my iPad was in excellent condition. I’ve received excellent service from start to finish, I placed my iPad Pro up for sale and received packaging to post it to them, which was easy. As soon as they received my item the next day they sent me an email to say they have it and then by end of that day I had received my money in my bank, this really couldn’t be easier, the whole process took about 4 days. What I really liked was that they have a phone number to call for any queries which I noticed other companies did not and it worries me when companies don’t offer a phone number for customers.
If I have any other items I would like to sell, I would definitely come back here, it was so very smooth and professional, absolutely no faults at all. 100% customer orientated can’t beat that!
