After my daughter decided it would be fun to break both mine and my partners Apple Watch screens, I didn't think there was any point trying to fix them. I did end up finding parts4u and sent them into repair. Th screens are as good as new. Turn around time was quick and easy and communication was clear. Would definitely use again.

Second time I’ve ordered an iPhone battery from iparts4u. The first one was a couple of years ago and has lasted well. Both times the postage was quick, the price was good and the product was as described including the iPhone battery glue tabs. Good sustainable packaging too. Would order again and recommend

After an initial minor problem , with the ordering process on the website, I placed an order.
This was for a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) phone.
I was informed the delivery would be on the following Monday, (ordered on Thursday).
The package arrived NEXT DAY, on Friday !
Very impressed indeed.

Not impressed by the underhand way they deal with returns. Telling me iPad mini 2 digitiser is fine then finding out for second time it’s far from it. After purchasing another which worked.

Emailed again to be told it’s now a crushed cable?
Sent pictures of undamaged cable awaiting reply after a week or so.
Have a reply, apparently I’ve folded the cable flat? It’s folded flat when you receive it.

Not this time purchased several digitisers for different iPads. My daughter is severely disabled and breaks iPads monthly.

Installed screen on iPad 2 all great for about ten minutes repeated the install again and the same problem.

Sent this back to be told that it was fine and they would send back when I purchase again.

So I bought another iPad 2 digitiser and generation 9. Received new digitiser and the one they deemed fine for iPad mini 2.

So I installed the returned one again and the same problem so I installed additional new one and all is fine.

So I emailed again… This time I’m told its a crushed cable? After being told it was fine the first time. Emailed again with pictures of cable showing no damage whatsoever.

I’ve had no response for a week or so.

I’m a fully qualified electrician and I’ve been changing parts on smart phones and tabs for years. The excuses say it all so they’ve conned me out of £24.

Beware this company is now on my scammers list.

What can I say, there is a guy who works here. His name is “Dan” (sorry, I had to mention your name). Such an amazing person and an absolute asset in my opinion. From the first time I spoke to him on the phone (rang up to enquire about some products) to the continuous communication I have had with him ever since has been nothing but a pleasure. It never felt like he was trying to push for sales, he has always genuinely tried to help me, that’s how he made me feel. And I appreciate that.
