Extremely poor service have been trying to contact them for a refund over a month via email / and promised to get a call back from Michael the manager on numerous occasions. A month has passed and yet to hear back. Their excuse is their extremely busy of covid 19. Just an excuse! a month is not acceptable. Asked for the complaint procedure only to be told Michael is the manager but surely there is someone above him. To top it off the employee hung up on me when I asked for the complaint procedure. Absolutely appalling and unprofessional. Will never use again! Should've read the reviews first!

Please be aware of this firm! I purchased an (expensive) package from them before COVID and as the package is due to expire, I called to see if this could be lengthened to give me time to get something arranged. They told me this was impossible without paying more money as per the terms and conditions which is disgusting to hear that they will hold me to those conditions considering I have already committed £70 to them at this stage...and wasn't asking for a refund.

Disgusting service & I will do my utmost to insure that nobody I know ever uses this firm!!!

SCAM ARTISTS! Booked & paid for a party for my 11 & 13 year old & it didn’t go ahead on 16th August due to COVID. Asked for a refund as I’m a single parent & can not afford to loose this money. They refused. I’m in the process of taking legal action against them!

Bought a pkg for my Grandson last Christmas and due to covid there is no way to contact them. I sent an email and one has gotten back to me. I want my money back but doubt that's going to happen. What a terrible company! Big scam. Do not buy from these people. 😡

Bought the "package" two years ago for my son's xmas present. That following year, the Winnipeg location was supposedly not open yet due to permit issues, as they were relocating, supposedly. The next year, same excuse. Phone number is disconnected. Want to get my money back but I doubt that will happen. I believe they sell and sell without any intention of following through.

Price scam - lots of promoters on uni campus. Absolute rip off

Jeez. I only bought these because it seemed like an incredibly good deal. Never did these people tell their customers about the details of the hidden fees, nor about the fact that they're just a third-party vendor. They might've technically "told" me it, but being the excellent social manipulators they are, they gloss over it and give the general tone that it's just $90.

But right now that's not even my concern. The main concern right now is that this business is now closed due to COVID-19 and they're pretty much doing the best they can to AVOID refunding their customers. For one, the main phone number for IPG is down. And calling the new number posted on IPGCA's FB page did nothing. The lady only said that they'll have someone else to call me back about the issue, as if that's ever going to happen.

The fact is that these sneaky a$$ MFers stole our money. I hope someone will expose their fraudulent untransparent practices and put them (the people at the top) behind bars. Perhaps I may be the first person to do so.

Would give -100 stars if I could.

what a waste of time. the cost of ticket books ... and then having to pay more when you get there to play as you are not allowed to bring your own gear to use. length of time x total amount of money spent / the actual enjoyment earned = waste of resources.

Do not invest in this company!!!! Run away!

SCAM COMPANY they rip me off ,i was very sad and upset because they aboard you and promise you the world until make the purchase after you pay and try to make the phone call to book the day here starts the nightmare, they start to charge more money something you didn't agree and you were not told when you're paying for the tickets.This was supposed to be for my son's birthday and they ruin it they didn't even felt sorry and return my money back.
I don't recommend at all ,worst company ever..

They sell tickets with questionable and illegal selling tricks. Tickets are laughable cheap. Much more has to be paid on arrival when arriving at the range.

It’s a scam. Just don’t buy anything from them.

IPG, UKPA, and Delta Force all owned by the same person. Who isn't even a paintballer. He just found scamming innocent people was a good way to make a lot of money.

Con artist do not be subjected to this scam

Fake prices, illegal sales tactics and poor treatment of 'employees'.

Scam. Watch Joe Lycett. Lied about discounts. Spoke to the paintball centre. Book direct the sites give better deals direct with having to pay these con artist middle men. Hopefully trading standards will take them out shortly
