Terrible Service!

I paid to unlock my phone and I paid extra money for Express Unlocking, but I dind`t receive any update about my order. I did try to contact them but they didn`t put on the website an Email or information to contact them. Do not pay for them, they are Scammers.

I didn't expect to be honest that this service will provide me anything good, but I was pleasantly surprised. The information that I was given (which took less than 20 seconds), were very detailed and I could easily understand what was locking my iPhone. Apart from that, one of their agents (Zisis), followed up with me, and gave me a very detailed explanation of what was going on with my iPhone and what were my options. He actually took care the unlocking request to my carrier (AT&T), and in less than an hour my iPhone was unlocked. I rarely encountered such a great support and service from companies. I am really really impressed!

I bought their service thinking that my iPhone will get unlocked but to my disapointment they did not unlock. They say that they will only get in touch with your carrier and ask to unlock. Which I felt was just a well plotted scam. They replied after few days saying that my phone could not be unlocked because I have unpaid bills. Duh ?? I know that I have unpaid bills thats why I chose their service to unlock it.
Now it been like a month that they haven't replied to my messages. Please do not choose this service if you have un paid bills but if you want to know info about your phone which you already know then please go ahead and throw away your money.

The reason for writing this review is that i have a StraghtTalk iPhone SE, which i wanted to unlock. I saw their ad and took it as they'll unlock it so i paid their fee and SURPRISE - they do not unlock as they say. They advertise everywhere as "iPhone Unlocking", "Legal and Secure iPhone Unlock" - but they don't actually "do the Unlock" - they're just an intermediary - they just send a request to the carrier for unlock - a request that you can do yourself FOR FREE. When contacted them about it, they just said "Read our User Agreement carefully" - very customer oriented - i read it and I even asked someone to look more detailed into their User Agreement and the main issue that was found from the legal side is that everywhere they say and advertise as "iPhone Unlocking", "Legal and Secure iPhone Unlock" - but they don't actually "do the Unlock" - which make their ads misleading (not to say false statements)..... and subject to misinterpretation..
Now, i was reccomended to submit a Formal Complaint on this and for a month now i try to get from them their legal registration address - which they are refusing to give out... quite "shady" huh? - if you have nothing to hide...
As my saga continues with them - bottom line - Don't pay for something that it's FREE and costs $0.. save your time and money!!!
p.s. In the meantime i unlocked the phone through another HONEST company.

They told me to give them 72 hours and my iphone will be unlocked.
After one week they told me is not possible because the carrier center refused to unlock it. And that's it my 25 euro gone for nothing.
Scammers be careful with this people who is telling you we will do anything and they do nothing.!!!
And they don't want to give the money back what i paid for nothing.
Pfff never again!!!

Zisis has informed me all the time and gave me refund in the end with the promise that he will mail me when unlocking for me will be possible.
